Depending on the material, geometry, machining process, and inspection requirements, Everich can achieve tight dimensional tolerances for precision components. Typical capability includes:
- Turning: down to approximately ±0.01 mm for suitable dimensions and conditions.
- Grinding: down to approximately ±0.005 mm for suitable applications.
- CNC Milling: down to approximately ±0.01 mm for suitable dimensions and conditions.
- Additional geometric requirements such as concentricity, cylindricity, flatness, and surface finish can be controlled according to the drawing and project requirements.
Actual achievable tolerances depend on part geometry, material, size, quantity, and inspection requirements. Our engineering team will review your drawings and confirm the appropriate process.
Yes. Based on your existing 2D/3D CAD data or physical samples, our engineering team can support production drawing preparation and provide manufacturing-oriented suggestions where needed.
Once we receive complete technical information, we normally respond to inquiries within 24 hours. For complex projects or incomplete information, we will communicate with you as soon as possible to clarify the requirements and quotation schedule.
Typical production lead time is approximately 2–4 weeks after order confirmation and receipt of complete 2D/3D CAD files. Complex parts, special processes, or larger production volumes may require additional time. We can arrange sea or air transportation according to your requirements.
For accurate and efficient quotation, we recommend providing 3D CAD files in STEP, IGES, SLDPRT, or STL format, together with 2D drawings in PDF or DWG format. Drawings should include dimensions, tolerances, material specifications, surface treatment, and other critical technical requirements where applicable.
Everich operates a structured quality control process supported by professional inspection and measuring equipment. We inspect critical dimensions and key quality requirements according to customer drawings and specifications before shipment. If you encounter any quality issue, our team will review the case promptly and work with you to identify the cause and provide an appropriate solution.
