Casting Service
Everich delivers comprehensive custom casting solutions covering investment casting(lost‑wax), die casting, sand casting and gravity casting. Supported by ISO 9001‑certified foundry resources, we produce reliable cast parts for prototype verification, small‑batch trials and mass‑volume manufacturing from your 2D drawings or 3D models.
Main Casting Processes

Why Choose Our Casting Service?
Wide Material Compatibility
Supports stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, magnesium alloy, brass, bronze and cast iron. Material grade will be matched according to your strength, corrosion‑resistance and temperature‑resistance requirements.
One‑stop Integrated Solution
Beyond casting forming, secondary operations including CNC machining, deburring, heat treatment and surface finishing are available. You can obtain ready‑to‑use finished components without multiple‑supplier coordination.
Flexible Production Volume
Accept low‑volume prototype casting and large‑scale mass‑production orders with no rigid MOQ, balancing cost for trial projects and bulk manufacturing.
Strict Quality Assurance
Full‑process inspection covers raw‑material incoming test, mold validation, first‑article inspection, dimensional check and non‑destructive testing(NDT). Material certificates and inspection reports can be supplied upon request.

- ‑ Post‑processing: deburring, passivation, ultrasonic cleaning and supporting assembly
Casting Service FAQ
Aerospace, new‑energy & traditional automotive, medical devices, hydraulic & pneumatic components, industrial machinery, pump‑valve hardware, household appliances and power‑generation equipment.
Yes. We offer integrated workflow: casting + secondary CNC‑machining + surface finishing, simplifying procurement and improving part fitting accuracy.
3D files (STEP/IGES/STP preferred), dimensioned 2D drawings with tolerances, material requirements, estimated quantity and surface‑finish needs. Physical samples are also acceptable for reverse‑engineering evaluation.
Prototype casting:7‑15 working days. Mass‑production lead‑time varies with mold complexity and quantity; exact schedule will be offered after project review.
