Anodizing | Offers long‑term corrosion & wear resistance; good primer base for painting | Aluminum only | Clear, black, grey, red, blue, gold |
Electroplating | Electric‑driven metal‑coating for rust‑proof protection | Aluminum, steel, stainless steel | Gold, silver, nickel, copper, brass tone |
Polishing | Surface roughness: Ra 0.8‑Ra 0.1, adjust gloss level per requirements | All materials | N/A |
Surface Treatment Service FAQ
We support custom non‑standard surface treatments. Submit your RFQ and our engineers will discuss feasible technical routes.
Depends on end‑use environment and base material. For outdoor‑used parts, anodizing or electroplating is recommended; basic painting works for indoor‑use. Some processes only suit specific materials e.g. anodizing mainly for aluminum & titanium.
- Bare machined surfaces risk corrosion and surface degradation in certain working environments, and may fail aesthetic requirements, hence post‑surface‑treatment is often necessary.
